This week, Roycemore students participated in an annual event hosted by the YMCA - Stand Against Racism. To prepare for the event, the students had discussions in class and created posters to share their messages. Here's a quick look at a previous Stand Against Racism event where Roycemore students encouraged drivers to "honk for justice" and reminded us that "everyone should be treated equally."

The A-Z Countdown to Summer is a fun way to count down the days until summer vacation that features a fun activity for each letter of the alphabet.

Sticker stories are a great twist to traditional journals. After putting stickers on their picture, the students draw around the stickers to add to the scene and then write a story about it!

Special Event: Karen the Klown
Karen Dinelli, Roycemore's own Pre-K teacher will entertain your children with a delightful, whimsical, interactive, and never scary show as she transforms into Karen The Klown right before their eyes. All children in Pre-K, JK, and Kindergarten are invited to join in and support Roycemore's scholarship fund. A craft and snack with Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Dinelli will be included.
